Electrical malfunctions

Okay so recently I installed Eagle eye Halos into my Maxima and they work they blew a fuse, but in short. They work. Now my problem is my instrument cluster panel does not light up at night, This failed the same time that the lights did when the fuse blew. Could it be possible for the ICP to have blown a fuse as well, causing this? Any answers will be greaty appreciated.

The dashboard lights use the tail light fuse, located under the hood by the battery.

I don't fully understand what you mean by ICP. Are all the dashboard lights out or just the gauges (speedo, tach, etc)?

All the lights in the dashboard (instrument cluster, heater & a/c controls, ash tray, glove box, the auto trans shifter, etc) work together off the tail light fuse. So it should be all or nothing.
