Rcrootbeer's 5.5

Ill start off by giving my thanks to the forum for all the help I've received in the past year or so I've been on here. As some of you may know I used to have a 5th gen but it was totaled.

I bought a pearl 5.5 gen back in July and I want to show everyone what's up with it.

Here is after 350z rims and before the drop: Name: 2013-07-27123819_zps578fb8e1.jpg

Window tint and the theme is complete! Glad to see everything came together. I remember when the car was hit.

The car looks great, but the black side skirts make the car look like it was an unfinished repair job. I would make them white again in addition to the side markers. They looked better white too.

I agree with TallTom. The black lip and skirts make the car look unfinished. It almost makes them disappear visually. Great looking car though. Just need to paint those babies.

THIS. Make them match the car, look five times better. Same with the lips...paint them white to match

Add about a 20 or 30% tint, and that baby's done!

nice new max bro!

i also smashed my gray '00 5speed a few months ago. i feel your pain, it was my first car too.

just bought a new black on black 5.5 gen 6sp as a replacement yesterday, and DAMN this thing is mint.

I'll post pics of mine once I get it tinted next week

I agree with the other guys, tint the windows to 20%, make the lips white, and put the white side markers back on. done.

So the general consensus is: white side markers, lip, skirts, rims, and darker tint = success?

Man, sick **** ride buddy. I LOVE that pearl color. That was my ideal color but I had to settle for black because I couldn't find one anywhere in Hawaii.

Trade? I'm loaded with only 63k!

I like it, but like people stated above you need to paint the body kit pieces white.

I like the black pieces. It adds a bit of spunk to it IMO.

I would honestly get everything painted at one time, it will save you money since the pearl paint isn't cheap.

Looking good man!...moving up quick.

I liked the wheels before plastidip, the off color white sticks out for me.

So is the kit the pearl or the flat white? I can't really tell.

Don't like the two different white colors so much, I would personally lower more to make it look more even and have the tire on a very small tuck. Other then that going the right direction bud looks good.
