Hey guys, haven't been on the boards in a little while but running into a little problem and need help!

My cars been idling a little weird of late and feels like its gonna die at idle ( never dies but idles rough) when I gas it its fine. The rpm needle also lags a little not smooth like it used to be.

I opened up the hood with the car running and I could heard noises from the ,manifold area. Felt like something was grinding but the noise was not consistent it would come and go.

Car drives fine, not sure if its an air leak or something else. Any ideas?
