I've been searching around and can't seem to find anything regarding which wire dims the Auto Climate Control in my 2k Max. I just put cellophane over the LCD screen to make it white and it's too dark when I turn my lights on. Is there a specific switch that will just stop the LCD from dimming like the clock and not affect the rest of the lights for the buttons?

 

Id like to know what wire dims the clock cause I can't read it in the day time with my lights on

 

The clock is the solid red wire. Just gotta cut that and you're good to go.

There's two red wires but the other has silver dot on it if I remember correctly. That's not the one you want to cut. I'll double check tomorrow and post up a picture just to be sure.
