Rough idle before and after engine replacement

I have a 2002 Maxima GLE and just replaced the engine after 125,000 miles due to crack. She was idling roughly before we replaced the engine, and it's gotten worse afterward. Diagnostics indicate 3coils are misfiring, along with a couple oxygen sensors. My gut tells me my problem lies in the gas tank, but dude wants replace coils @ $150/each. Anyone have this problem?

150 each is obscene.

Replace them yourself. Super easy and the coils were from autozone @ $60ish
Everyone says you have to use oem ones or the P1320 wont go away BUT I havent had a problem. Theres 2 duralasts in my car and theres not been a single issue. My rough idling was in fact caused by a singular coil so it very well coule be the coil.

Umm ok... so you replaced your engine with I am assuming a wrecker engine... And on your "new" engine you are having misfiring. I am also going to assume that your mechanic has scanned your car and got misfire codes for 3 banks and some O2 sensor codes... And you think its in the GAS TANK?? OK... well if you were having a fuel issue and it was causing misfires, you would see codes for all 6 cylinders... along with lean codes and probably a crap load of other codes. List price for coils is about $150ish.... And yes I would start there. O2 sensors are not LIKELY going to give you misfire unless you have a plugged cat or something like that.

I think that about sums it up lol. The coils are easy to replace yourself and you can shop around for less expensive aftermarket coils or you could take your chances and get about a half dozen or more from the scrap yard for the price your getting quoted on for one.
