I say OEM, but, there are other companies that sell comparable products. RockAuto, etc.
Also, when you ask how easy is it, what I ypoutr skill level. Generally speaking, they’re fairly easy. Getting them off is the most difficult part, the car is at leas near or over 14 years old.

Those sensors marked as sensor 1 in the diagram are the upstream sensors. Left bank is closest to radiator, right bank is closest to firewall IIRC. You can go to rockauto, partsgeek or any other parts site and search for the bosch sensor, or other manufacturer that you want with the information I just provided for you and find the one that fits.

It's the one that says "blue" on it, yes...but not the ones that are in blue on that diagram.
You're FED spec. That diagram is CALI SPEC. But you are correct in which O2 sensor it is.
THIS is Fed-spec. The firewall side in this one is on the right, whereas it was the left in the orientation of the other diagram.

If it is the front, bank 2, O2 sensor that will take you 10 minutes. It is the easiest of all O2 sensors to change.
Spray some release agent on there first like PB blaster. I also recommend getting it warm, but not hot. This will help the PB blaster work into the threads.
When you put on your new O2 sensor make sure to coat the threads with anti-sieze.
I just changed my secondary O2 sensors replacing them with Bosch from Autozone. They already came with a bit of anti-sieze on the threads which is nice.
