5 point grounding kit info?

Anyone that could please help with some direction on hooking up my 5point grounding kit. I got a hks kit but no directions. I have a idea where some go. But i am stumped on some others. Any help would be greatly appreciated....

You need to bug the manufacturer. It all depends on how long they made the wires.

I used the 6 gauge, I bought it in autozone.

For most of the ground connections, the gauge is not critical. 16 gaage would be fine, and probably still overkill for most ground connections.

The exceptions are:

Battery negative to starter/engine block
Alternator.

You usually don't replace those anyhow. Just clean them.

Any vehicle that run with 50 to 60 Amps alternator the recommended wire gauge is 10 , fusible link 14. While 80 amps alternator the recommended wire gauge is 8, fusible link 12.

Just based on experience I would recommend at least 4AWG for the battery ground supplement, starter ground, supplemental alternator ground and transmission ground. Most everything else however, you can get by with 8 gauge.
