2002 nissan maxima exhaust
i have a 2002 maxima, i want to change my exhaust because it has a hole at the tip, so my question is which is the best after market exhaust or muffler that i can get that is not that expensive, and plus i need something that is quiet that does not make a lot of noise
Shouldn't cost much to stay OEM or OE replacement.
Yep, those are all decent selections for a stock feel replacement.
OEM of course would be ideal bc they made it with a special flap inside. It opens/closes, utilizing one or both tailpipes during low/high rpms.
Unfortunately, OEM is about $400-500.
I just replaced mine from a company called 1AAuto. It looks identical to the 00-01 tailpipe with chrome tips and it has a nice black coating.
I believe I paid $118 (shipping included). Direct fit bolt on, but I couldn't get it on myself bc I couldn't get my car lifted the 4 ft necessary to snake it through.
