Reverse Syncro goin out?
Every since i installed my VLSD supposed to have 11k miles bought from dealer back in 09 the reverse has been kinda a ***** to put in, I use Amsoil gear oil. every other gear is fine. and 80% the time i go to 1st then reverse and its getting to the point to where even that is a effort so here lately in a hurry i find myself saying screw it and JAMM the hell out of it into reverse and the whole car jerks before i even release clutch.
whats the odds of that syncro goin out?

you do know that reverse isnt a synchronized gear right?
if its getting hard to go in reverse it might be your clutch slave or the clutch itself starting to go, or somethings up with the clutch master cylinder

odds are 0 as chrome91 said there is no reverse synchro.
reverse is generally a little tougher to get in to because of how it's designed, and as the reverse idler gear and 1st/2nd coupler sleeve reverse teeth wear out it gets more and more finicky to get in smoothly.
fluid and such isn't really going to have much of an effect.
