How to Remove Door Panels from Inside

My 2003 Maxima, both rear doors will not open from the outside.

Is it possible to remove the door panels from the inside of the car?

I suspect I have to somehow take the rear seat out first to get some space.

Any hints would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Nick

i've done it before, but had to twist the panel pretty hard to get it out. luckily i didn't damage it. remove the bench to get more room.
