I bought a cattman y pipe for my 2002 Maxima SE. It has a bung for O2 sensor on the short arm part of the y pipe. The oem stock y pipe have a O2 sensor with white wire. Is this the O2 sensor that I will transfer and install to the y pipe bung (Secondary 02 sensor)? If I use a nonfouler, is the length of the wire enough to reach the bung.

 

My cattman y-pipe never came with any bungs for the rear o2 sensors so I used a dual output o2 simulator

edit - I did have a shop make a wideband o2 bung though for ~$30

 

There are instructions from cattman on this. I included them, i think you would have to extend the 02 sensor or get a sim

 

There are two secondary O2 sensor
1st :near the fire wall (red wire: attached to green
connector)
Bank 2 Rear Sensor 2

2nd : near the radiator (white wire attached to Blue
connector)
Bank 1 Front Sensor) this is the only
02 sensor attached to the stock oem y pipe.


Which one should I use and be installed to the threaded bung of the cattman y pipe? (located on the short arm of the y pipe) I want to use a nonfouler.
