Warpspeed YPipe (best mod for the money), custom intake, exhaust, NWP IM spacers, timing advance, gut the cats or get headers, etc....
OR
Go the suspension route and make it handle better, get a good spring/strut combo.

They don't really have ANY performance. I bought drilled and slotted rotors with performance ceramic pads as a package front and a package rear though for my forester. Rotors are coated too so they don't rust. At least not yet. Looks pretty spiffy and no more pushing when towing the trailer.
