Help!!!! TSC Off, Slip Light on!

I have a 2000 nissan Maxima auto
Yesterday as I was driving home TCS off light and slip light came on but no check engine light. Car drove fine for a bit then all of a sudden the rpm gauge went nuts and the car was going in and out of O/D off so it would start surging when it was going in and out but the car seemed to shift fine. Today when I went a started it there was no lights but i didnt want to drive it just in case. Anyone have any ideas?

I had those three lights and tried changing the ABS sensor but ultimately the ignition coils seemed to have fixed it

One of the ignition coils most likely.

I had it not too long ago. Turned out to be camshaft sensors. Get ur car scanned.

with TCS and SLIP lights? Camshaft sensors usually just kill the engine and if you're lucky ECU will write the code for you. I haven't seen TCS & SLIP coming up and I had 2 intermittently dead CPS over years. With coils I had those lights lit every time one was acting up and I eventually replaced all 6.

So drive the car today and it started with no problems but it seemed sluggish and now when I and on the gas the lights come on and the rpms gauge goes to zero and when it hit the brake the rpm gauge goes to where it would be at idle anyone have an idea what's going on?

Tcs off slip light

I had the same thing with a bad coil pack, and then again when I installed two aftermarket coil packs, it went away when I installed factory one from the wrecker

^ on ignition coils, most likely one of your coils is going bad/misfiring. Get the car scanned.

Make sure you get OEM Nissan ignition coils only, otherwise you will have more problems. Furthermore, you want to get the 2001 coils, which are the upgraded part vs. the 2000 coils that have problems.
