How do i adjust the clutch

I have a 02 se . Just had the clutch and flywheel replaced . When i release the clutch it engages after about only an inch. How do i adjust the pedal height to be higher?

I had just recently changed out my clutch too and had the same problem. Pedal engagement was practically at the floor and felt very light. I was told not to mess with the clutch pedal adjustment. So i didnt. After the clutch breaks in after 500-1000 miles the pedal got alot firmer and now engages about mid way.
