Broken trans mount bolt

The mechanic installing my trans mount broke off the head one of the four bolts and refused to fix. I didnt pay him but now I need to extract it. Does anyone know the right size extractor that should be used with that bolt.

nothing sticking out and unless i sue him " he broke it its his problem" is not going to get it fixed. he started in and how the car is old and rusty ( i gave him new bolts to use but he instead broke an old one while putting it IN not out.)
