Spoiler brake light on dash!

Any one know why I get a high beam lights RED everytime I hit the brakes. I disconnected the plug on the rear window and I connected the spoiler brake light cable.

If you are experiencing issues after swapping wires around, go back to stock because you're doing something wrong there.

But why? I just disconnected the brake light by the back window. And simply connected the spoiler brake light cable to its connection under the trunklid. I didnt do any wiring. I dont understand.

Disconnecting something and plugging it into somewhere else and having a problem sounds like wiring to me.
