03 Maxima 3.5L won't start

Just changed my can sensors & MAF SENSOR NOW CAR WILL NOT START HELP PLEASE NEED INPUT.

If you changed the Cam sensor, could be a bad one if not OEM they are pretty finicky other than that it should still at least start..
