Strange vibration when turning right?

I have a 2000 Infiniti I30t, 200,000 miles. The other day I was driving around and as I was turning right around a corner I looked in my rear view mirror and noticed it was vibrating slightly. I then drove around some more, turning left and right around curves and noticed the vibration only when I was turning to the right. It's completely smooth (no vibration) when I'm turning left.

I don't feel any shudder or vibration in the steering wheel when this happens and the car runs smooth otherwise. Previous owner had a bunch of work done on all the suspension (new ball joints, struts, tie rods, etc.). He even put on all new shocks all around and even replaced the front top hats with new ones. After I bought the car I took it to my mechanic to get it checked over and he said the front end was tight, struts look good and everything had been installed correctly.

A couple months ago I had the front driver side caliper freeze up on me. I took it to a garage and they put on a new caliper, rotor and pads. The guy working on it said my left side was fine and the back brakes were still 50%. While he had it up in the air I asked him about the suspension and front end. He grabbed the new rotor and couldn't budge it. He said you got no play or sway, so you're good. He said the rear suspension looked good, too.

I have all my tires filled to their spec PSIs. The previous owner upgraded the tires to Kumhos ECSTA PA31. Here's a link. They all have decent tread on them (here's a photo...I think the chipmunk wanted to help).

Just curious what could be causing the slight vibration whenever I'm turning right. Perhaps I need to have the tires balanced?

I would look at your power steering components (belts, pumps, etc.). It's not clear to me why it would only happen on one side, but .... it's worth checking out.
