I was interested in changing both my control arm bushing, but energy suspension has the bushings of sale. so i was wondering if its possible to just swap out the old with the new, also will the be just as efficient as a brand new assembly.

That's the plan when you want to swap bushings yes, out with the old in with the new .

Get them on both arms, and throw on some moog balljoints too..I'll be better than OEM !!

Search again there's a thread about how it's done...or perhaps someone has a link for ya'

You'll need a press to get out the old bushings. It's not easy if you've never done it and don't have the right tools.

Alternatively, what I recommend most of my customers do is to buy a set of trashed (but straight) control arms off classifieds or junkyards, clean them up, install fresh ball joints and bushings, then swap the entire arms. Less downtime that way.
