tiny cracks in camshaft sensor

tiny cracks in camshaft sensor

Below is a link to a picture on my cam sensor..Hopefully it works! The first picture on the page is a pic of my cam sensor..I pulled it out today and although it tested good with the ohm meter I noticed little crack by the center core..They are to small to tell if they are cracks that go all the way threw the sensor or not or if they were there from manufacturing...Have any of you guys seen this before? Do you think its good or should I replace it?
I have the little cracks circled in blue with arrows..
