P1167 code

I installed headers last summer and never resolved my CEL. So... now I need to get it inspected this week. I didn't have much success with the spark plug non-foulers, so this weekend I tried the cap/resistor trick on one O2 sensor(Bank 2 Sensor 2). Drove for 122 miles and the light came back on. This time it's a different code (P1167) but for the same sensor. Should I try replacing it?
Are there any other options?
My wife says "just take it to the shop and let them fix it!"
She has no clue.

^^ You need O2 sim for headers.

No other way to do it right.
