P0300 Code Random Misfire Detected

hi everyone. so i just started up a 5th gen maxima for the first time in two years. It turned on fine. There was no check engine light. I have to get the clutch and flywheel replaced, since thats the reason the car has sat in the driveway so long. I plugged into into the obd ii scanner earlier today. and i got a P0300 code from it. but the car seems perfectly fine when i let her idle and lightly rev it. I deleted code from the scanner and then restarted and tried to get the same code again, but did not get it. Is there anything i should be concerned about? what does this code mean? I also realized that thenfront defroster button isn't working. When i press down on it, it just stays there. How could i fix this? thanks in advance

Code means random misfire....one or more cyl are not firing properly....perhaps change the plugs...

Also change the oil and filter asap...and hopefully your gas was almost empty before it sat so long.... if not I'll personally drain it and fill up with some 93 oct...or Better

Luckily there was less than a quater tank left. i plan to give it a tune up (spark plugs, oil, oil filter, air filter)

Do a full tune up, give everything a once over, check for oil leaks and such and it should be good. It probably showed the code because it sat for so long

Code for a multiple missfire, multiple cylinders, how is the compression and how is the tq and power of the motor. If you notice smoke out the tailpipe compression is bad. Hopefully it's just the plugs.
