Head gasket blown? How to diagnose?

I've been having some issues with my engine. I have replaced all my spark plugs and ignition coils and now I get some smoke coming out. Now they are telling me my head gasket might be blown. So couple questions.

How do you figure out if its the actual head gasket?
Is there any calibrations needed after the replacement?
Is there any tips on replacing it or video?

Thanks

you can get test strips for your coolant to see if theres combustion gas in it. that and your coolant reservoir might be bubbling with combustion gas

if you dont know engine internals or how an engine works, i dont recommend doing the headgasket yourself unless someone that knows what theyre doing is able to help you
