2000 maxima scraping noise

I have a 2000 maxima with 170,000 miles on it. I have a problem that has me stumped. A scrapping/ light skipping noise under acceleration coming from passenger side. I've ruled out rotor, caliper, and wheel bearing. I don't really know where to go from here. It guess it could be an accessory but I can't really find out. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks

Did you check the position of the plastic mud guard behind the wheels?

I did and I see a little spot where it's been rubbed by the tire but only a little and I don't think it's enough to cause this sound. Its SOUNDS like the brakes but I've eliminated that.
