Anybody ever tried any of these?

Has any body who's installed headers ever tried these for their o2's?

Two O2 spacers work great, similar to your first link. Search O2 extender or HHO adapter and you will see many of em. I got mine on eBay.

They come in packs of two at the parts store. 18mm spark plug defouler. It's less than 4 bucks.

My concern with regular non-foulers is that I've seen some people on the forum saying they had to relocate their bung near the firewall so that the o2 sensor with the non-fouler won't hit the steering. So, I've been looking into the 90 degree o2 sensor extenders so that I won't have to relocate the bung. I'm kinda curious if anyone on here has tried the 90 degree ones?

Mine had no issue.
