I'm having an issue with my driver side door lock, which just started today. It'll lock with the switch and keyfob, but it will not unlock either and its hard to unlock with the physical key. It will allow me to unlock manually via the actual **** but its hard as well. What could the issue be?

 

Sounds like a bent or jammed operating rod. And by now there's a chance it's burned out the actuator. You're going to have to open the door panel for a look see.
