I bought 6th Gen valve covers and one coil pack to replace the middle coil on the rear bank. However, when I took out the rear packs the one on the left was the only one with oil on it. The boot on the middle one was torn, but otherwise was fine. Which one is the culprit giving me the misfire. The car never threw any codes

 

The notorious #1 cyilinder I'm sure is the culprit. Happened to me.

You can buy boots separate if you want. I would use the boot you got for the #1 cylinder, it's the same one.
