P0420 or P0158 & P0159

P0420 or P0158 & P0159
My 2000 GLE gives me a P0420 code unless I install an anti-fouler. If I install the anti-fouler, then I get either a P0158 or a P0159. (or both) Either way, I can't get the ready monitors set to pass NJ inspection. Any ideas? Thanks.

Have you tried replacing your rear B2/left O2 sensor?

Tech notes
Replacing the Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 usually takes care of the problem.

Does anyone know the Denso part for the Heated O2 sensor Bank 2 Sensor 2 P0159?

Denso unnecessary...a Bosch O2 sensor from your local auto parts store is fine.
