To my understanding, having poly bushings all around makes the car handle alot tighter and react to turns faster. i would get poly lca bushings, poly or solid subframe bushings before the swaybar because you will feel those two alot more than the sway bar, then the swaybar will work better because your reducing some chassis flex where old bushings would be making.

I'm replaced just about every rubber piece in the front and rear suspension with ES pieces. They're all very good except the engine cradle bushings (four small bushings that connect the cradle to the frame).

The harder bushings have less play and tighten up the handling. With less flex the forces are handled by the suspension like they're supposed to be. Some of them obviously make a bigger difference than others. Most of them will also allow more vibration to pass from the road into the cabin. Suspension is always a trade off between comfort and handling.

I've had these in so long I honestly don't remember if the sway bar links made a huge difference. If I had to replace them I'd do it again though.

The ES sway bar is 2mm larger in diameter which is why there would be two sized bushings. I don't know anything about the availability since I have an SE and bought these over 10 years ago. A good upgrade would be to find an SE sway bar in a U-Pull it yard and install it with the ES bushings. Sway bar upgrades have been a popular starting point for suspension mods since the beginning of time.

I really like the control arm bushings. They make a big difference in handling but will pass a bit more vibration into the cabin.

My clunking was sub frame related and bushing for it are a pain from what I hear. I cut washers and bypassed the sub frame bushing but they make kits on this fourm that do what my bypass does except they don't squeak like mine (didn't lube apon install). I haven't felt any other vibrations since making my sub frame solid. I also used washers on my engine crossmember for better throttle response. The washers/ collars can be installed under 2 hours with the car on jack stands. There's a diy on how to install the collars on this site, I just can't link because I'm on mobile currently.
