Are these the right tire sizes i got sent??
235/45ZR17 tires for a 17X7.0 rim??
See... nothing ever works out for me

This is a highly debated issue of wheater a 235 size tire should go on a 7" rim. I am not going to start the issue all over again, but I believe the DOT says a 235 is too much for a 7" rim,

Then again you got multiple people on the board including MaximaDave that been running 235s for years now on their 7" rims with no problems. Your call.

Doesn't Nitto allow for a 235 series tire to fit on a 7" wide rim?

Some tire manufactures suggest it can fit, but the DOT still says a 7" rim should not take a 235.

It will fit fine but it's not recommended. Not to worry, in a real world situation you'll be just fine.
