Intake Camshaft Advance/Angle

Intake Camshaft Advance/Angle
Does anybody here know what the intake camshaft advance is at idle on these cars?
An obscure question I know, trying to pin down a crank / cam phase issue.
I know the factory consult scanner can see this info as well as your Snap-on, Matco's and so on.
Hoping someone out there can tell me what it should be on a bone-stock VQ.

Does THIS help?
My reason for starting this thread ...
Just had the timing chains and guides done on my car. Now throwing codes p0011 and p0021 (relating to intake camshaft timing) and car is gutless.
Clutch was done at the same time. Thought the flywheel may have been clocked wrong during the install and this was throwing everything off. It has been verified that this is not the problem.
Car hooked up to Nissan dealer scanner. Showing my intake cams 15 degrees retarded at idle. As in -15. Both Banks. Makes me think the crank was out of position when the primary chain went on.
Pretty sure this is quite wrong but looking for verification.
That Alldata write up may be even better than the darn FSM!

two possibility that could cause that, your actual timing chaining is off and worn out, or two, the Timing Solenoid is toasted caused by wrong oil type causing to clogged the screen of the timing solenoid. Those are two possibilities that cause it.

Solenoids were fine up to this point. Nevertheless ... tested and working. The oil is fine - nothing is clogged.
