I found a link to a free NATS ver 5 & 6 pin code generator. In order to be able to program keys, you need the pin code.

There is no list of what years are covered, but the web site lists all the models and Infiniti i30 and i35 are listed, so it covers the 5th gen Maxima.

This is not going to be useful to most of the folks on Maxima.org, but if it helps one person, then it is a win.
