2002 6MT - Axle recommendations?

Hey guys,

During the last oil change cycle, I noticed that one of my axles had developed a tear in the outer CV joint/boot. I am going to change both axles out for good measure. I checked with Raxles, but they don't have any for this vehicle. What's a good brand to get from either rockauto, advance auto (I get 20% off there), or another online vendor?

There was a brief discussion here recently regarding the "value" axles from Nissan. They're much less expensive than the OEM axles and made in China, but I haven't read any posts complaining of failures.

If you go with a reputable parts warehouse and a reputable brand you shouldn't have any issues.
Not sure why anyone would list & sell bad auto parts to someone if that's what your concerned with.
I see so many posts here about which brand to go with.
I put a cardone shaft in and it works fine. NO one should have to buy Nissan branded parts. They have all quality parts made in China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Korea for 1/4 the price
