How to Get That VQ Sound?

Hello everyone! I have a 2002 Nissan Maxima and was wondering on how to get that sexy VQ sound. I have a catback exhaust and it didnt do the trick. Should I take out the resonator? What are my options. Thank you everyone!

Stock air box keeps it quieter, you have an intake yet ? I have my wai and it yells at other cars when they **** me off by me stomping it for a sec lol....I do have headers\ ypipe , intake, b pipe, stock muffler. Get the headers\ypipe, best mod for these cars and it will yell when wot.

OBX headers, and my own custom intake I made, I have a pic on my profile. I just removed the stock air box and hooked up a MAF adaptor and filter on that. Cheap and simple and better IMO, autozone has all these pieces too for like 50$ max, but if it over 75 degrees I would just leave it stock in the summer only then switch back when temps go below 75....heat kills power and you will feel the heat soak in traffic. Get ur timing advanced and disconnect the electric motor mounts and bypass the coolant line on the IACV....these two can fry the ECM....search here about it and learn. I did this few years back and on 200K now, car still runs.
