Yes, they are bolt on. But if you are going for the 18 inch wheels, you might have some rubbing depending on the tire size you use.

any idea if I will be ok with 245/45? I'm lowered about 1 1/4 inch

I run 235 45 18 on 350z wheels with no issues even with 2 people on the back seat and a trunk full of luggage
