I am just throwing guesses out there but sounds like either

A. Something is hitting the engine that is rattling, a part possibly lose.

or

B. Sounds like some internals are loose? Which hopefully it is not.

How many miles you got?

 

does the engine shake when you give it gas? Since listening to your video clip sounds like a rod bearing is shot that you'll need to get a rebuilt or new engine

 

Unplug the ignition coils one at a time while the engine is running. If the noise is reduced, then you have discovered which cylinder is the problem. Further diagnostics will be needed to determine exactly what the problem is.

 

I agree with this statement 100% If the knock is reduced on what ever cylinder then you know its an internal (not good) problem. Do this and nothing changes get back to us I'm curious myself.
