the difference is the headlight housing is either blacked out around the trim or bronze, which I believe the OEM AE was blackout around it, but I got a replacement for my faded hazed headlight and they were bronzed. they do fit, as long it's a 200-2001 model, on 2002-2003 will fit but will leave a big gap between the bottom edge of the headlight and bumper because the bumper were changed in 2002.
