Denso vs Koyo

Yesterday I noticed coolant on the floor where the Kids 2001 maximus was parked.

upon preliminary inspection, I determined the top tank is seeping between the core and the tank.

Amazon has been pissing me off good lately, with their intentionally slow free shipping( And recently I got previously sold spark plugs in previously opened packaging) So I toook a leap of faith and ordered from auto partsgeek

We are getting the Denso Radiator(54.99+shipping) on my Z32 300zx I used the Koyorad

anyone use the Denso? any opionions on the Denso vs koyo

after I'd ordered I was made aware that the TYC radiator is often a Koyo product SHUCKS

Any Horror stories of youtes dealing with partsgeek?

I've had very good experiences with Partsgeek. I wouldn't worry about that.

I've used aftermarket radiators and not really worried about the brand. I haven't heard any horror stories about them either. They're cheap and it's an easy swap.

The Denso will work just fine. I ordered a KOYORAD off Amazon, installed everything in my hot garage only to find it leaking coolant from the top seam. Seemed like it wasn't fully crimped at the factory. Fun Saturday that was.

Denso is very good product, they are what they called it First time Fit, which should be exact and very good quality. I put in Denso in my car, since OEM was Calsonic but since not available but dealer if they stock them anymore.

Partsgeek came through with flying colors

Even though it's about 100 in the shade here in Hemet calif, I decided to tackle the radiator swap. Fed ex was here by noon, and I was just lifting the old radiator out, when the Truck pulled up! ordered it thurs night, and it was here late saturday morning.

ps I found the hardware for the fan assy in the box as I was cutting it up

also a buzzworthy mention it's from taiwan not indonesia!

What about Spectra? Any quality concerns? Same issue for me, crack in the top seam, needs replacement.
