Sunroof would not close tried reset and no luck...told to disengage motor...did that and got it closed...now all 4 windows will not open...car alarm works though????

 

The sunroof, door windows and power seats all get power from the same fuse. It is under the hood between the battery and the fender. The cover says POWER WINDOW.

 

assuming it's not because or related to disconnecting the sunroof motor from it's electrical plug, you popped a fuse or relay or clicked the child lock on the drivers side door or last but, not least now have a wiring problem.
