Radiator fans always running once car warms up.

I have a 2001 Auto with 157k. I replaced the thernostat and the fans still continuously once the motor warms up. I tried burping the system( not sure if i did it correctly). Still no luck. Can i be one of the relays?

With or without the A/c it does it. I know with the A/c on it should but why all the time once warm. I want to flush and refill it again now that its warm outside and when i first did it was winter that just passed. The temp should be set on hot correct

Did you replace it with an OEM thermostat, or with and aftermarket one? These cars are choosy about replacement parts; there are many reports on this forum about aftermarket thermostats causing problems like yours.

It could be the ECTS (Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor). Hook up an OBD scanner that has the coolant temperature readout ability. Without the a/c on, when coolant temperature reaches 203º F, the ECU turns on the fans. If the ECTS reporting the wrong temperature could do this. But the challenge is to figure out if the temperature reported is correct or not.
