PO420 .....which O2 sensor?

I've got the PO420 code and I am trying to figure out which one of these o2 sensors is do I need to replace for this code before I go further with changing exhaust parts.
will this part be a direct fit and what I need to swap out the precat?

thanks

It seems you have the FSM; it tells you that P0420 pints to a problem with "Bank 1, Rear O2" sensor. That translates into "HO2S2-B1" in the language of your picture.

lol...actually I found the pic via google. thanks for the clarification.
edit: do you happen to have the part number for this o2 sensor? I gather all 4 have different part numbers.

No, I don't. But any Bosch, Denso, or NTK "downstream, right" out of this collection http://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/n...2)+sensor,5132 should be fine.

I bought a Magnaflow pre-cat Bank 2 and the end outlet didnt match up with the Nissan Bank 1 pre-cat.
I doubt a Magna-flow bank 1 would fit either.

I can not attest to the fitment of an Evan Fischer but it should. If i ordered another cat I'd measure the inlet/outlet first before installing it. If not you could strip something out.
