Battery and brake light flashing

Hey I have a quick question, so my 2003 maxima will flash the brake and battery light when I start to get on the gas it will normally stay on for a whole min around 40-50 mph, I know it could be the alternator but I just replaced it about a month ago so I highly doubt it is plus I got it bench tested and it passed, although I did notice that the ground on the alternator was starting to get burned so I figured it wasn't making good enough contact and it was a little loose from when I origanlly replaced it , so I replaced the nut and tightened it back down but still no luck, it seems to have made the lights stay on longer anyone know what it could be?

Where did you buy the alternator from? Did you clean off the corrosion from the ground before tightening it up?

You answered your own question. It's either the Alternator and/or the bad wiring you found.

I bought it off the internet, but not exactly sure from where but yes I cleaned off all the corrosion and tightened it all back down but still the lights will flash on when I get on the gas and before they were just flickering but now they stay lit for a couple seconds until I left back off the pedal. i guess I'll recheck the wiring to the alternator and make sure nothing is loose

I figured it out the clip to the wiring harness on the alternator is cracked so it wiggles loose when I get on the gas thanks for the help
