Headlight problem

I'm currently having an issue with my drivers side headlight, low beams do not work, but high beams do. I have already switched out the bulb and have even swaped out the passengers bulb with the drivers. I'm still having the issue. I would assume it might be a fuse, my problem is, is that I'm not savy or have access to a lot of tools. I do not know which fuse specifically to check. I would also guess that if it's not the fuse, it's the Relay, but again I don't know which one to go after. I don't know what the issue cause would be past this however. If someone who knows more could advise what to look for, it would be appreciated.

There is a fuse for the right side and a different fuse for the left side. Each fuse powers both the high beam and low beam for that side.

The headlight switch is a more likely cause.
