The drivers side door will not lock. Key wont move the lock. If I try the electric, can hear the motor try to lock. Nothing. I removed the door panel and plastic vapor barrier, blasting everything I could find with wd40. No luck. its stuck somewhere. Can anybody help?

 

Here is a link to the door lock mechanism in the FSM. Look at the diagrams starting on page 24. There may be rods/pieces that you didn't see. Take the door glass out (it isn't that hard) so you can see better and get your hand in there.
