Unknown part.

Do u know what this is? The metal rod keeps coming off metal clip with a hole and I’m getting a rattling noice from inside that metal casing on right.

It's part of the variable intake actuator, aka VIAS. You can replace the whole thing quite easily.

I have a complete manifold with VIAS assembly I can ship to you. Or you can have just the power valve assembly. Let me know.
