Car jerks when I push gas

So I had my spark plugs and 3 of 6 ignition coils replaced today and now when I'm driving if I hit gas to go faster my car jerks so I have to let go gas pedal and push softly what is wrong did my mechanic put plugs in wrong or what by the way I purchased 6 denso power spark plugs and denso OEM ignition coils

I think Hitachi coils are OEM, not denso. I run NGK spark plugs and I've been running with a Hitachi coil for a few years with no issues.

I would suspect the coils, but I'm not familiar with deno spark plug quality.
