Unknown clutch noise

The noise here sounds like cooling fans engaging and disengaging. The noise goes away when the pedal is pushed it and comes when its released. No rattling, vibrating, or anything related to performance issues is present. The clutch was redone at 188k, with 198k currently. Im sure its minor as I believe its been around for a while, whenever I start the car and release the pedal, the rpms drop a bit. Any help is appreciated. I also cant get the video to upload. I attached the file to the attachments but im not sure how to access it. Sorry for having no audio

Assuming the throw out bearing is good, then it's probably the infamous input shaft bearing.

I have another car to stack miles on so im not too worried. Is this something thats really gonna affect it? I drive it probably 50 miles per week if even that. Also Im doing a full engine and trans swap when I can afford it in a couple years

It can last 1000's of miles like that. But it will give out when you don't expect it. Get AAA.
