2001 AE front lip

I ended up putting myself in a cart before the horse scenario with buying front and rear anniversary edition kit pieces, yet I have a 2003 Maxima (cart).
I then researched today (horse) , and the general consensus is that the front lip won't fit unless I perform modification to the front lip which I do not know if it will be worthwhile unless I find a shop able to handle such work. My reason for posting is: If I end up getting a lackluster response about the lip installation, would anyone here like to call dibs on the pieces? The lip itself is scraped up and has a crack on the passenger side piece, and is colored in either Sterling Mist or one of the other silver colors. My intention was to have the pieces painted to color match my car, but if the front lip won't be an easy install, I'd like to part ways with it. Any interest in the part? PMs welcome.
I'm currently scouring for shops that would be able to perform the work, so I should have an update next week on this.

Rear will fit fine without modification.

Front will require trimming. Nothing a dremel and some patience can't handle.

I've seen 5.5 fronts with the AE lip.. It looks decent...

Do you know what material the pieces are made of? Is it fiberglass, polyurethane, or plastic? I may try to tackle closing up the cracks and repainting the pieces to color match my car color, but I need to know what material they're made of. I performed numerous searches here and through google with no luck on locating an answer for this lol

EDIT: I had posted this in the body work section and the answer received is the pieces are made of plastic.
