I see so many Maximas on the road everyday of all gens even pre third gens. I am seeing a lot of 2k2 Maximas on the roads around here (Canada's Capital) a lot more so than 2k2 altima 2.5/3.5

The city I live in loves the Max!

Nope. Ottawa is Canada's Capital. It is in Ontario about 250miles east of Toronto. Only about 1,000,000 people in the area. Mostly Government and Hi Tech.

Montreal loves VW big time.

Windsor is Domestics. Saw one 4th gen maxima in 4 days.

Toronto has everything but likes their Maximas.

I visited Ottawa once. It was cold. Visited Parliament. Everything looked like the US except for some goofy signs in French.
