Finally have the correct mileage on the cluster, all i had to do was switch the circuit boards and now everything works fine and dandy!!

that's great! How hard was the swap of the cluster and the circut boards?

 

Not hard at all just a bunch of screws (24) and thats it
just take it off the old one and put it on the new one
